Step 1: View Log
    In order to see what the actual issue is that is causing the conenction to fail you need to analyse the log to see the problem. To do this right click on OpenVPN gui icon and select View Log.

Step 2: Locate Error
    In the log file you need to locate the problem that is causing you to not be able to connect. Scroll to the bottom and look at the last few lines. Locate the error message and use the table below to troubleshoot. The below picure shows an example error message for "All TAP-Win32 adapters on this system are currently in use."

All TAP-Win32 adapters are currently in useYou chose to do install to the warrning screen during the device driver install OR there is a compatibility issue with the driver in the software and your operating system (sometimes we see this with some 64 Bit operating systems)1) Go to http://www.openvpn.net
2) Click on Community Software and download openvpn for windows
3) Install the software and answer yes to any questions.
4) Right click on the openvpn icon in your taskbar and exit it.
5) Right click on the openvpn icon on your desktop and run it as administrator.
Auth FailedYour authentication is being denied by our server. Possibly our server detected that you are already conencted or the password for the vpn service that is included in the software package is not correctWait 20 minutes and try the conenction again 1 more time. If you recieve the same auth failed message in the log file please send support@glbb.jp the file "c:\progarm files\GLBB USA COnnect\config\auth-user-pass"
You connect but your ip address still shows as being outside the united statesAre you executing the application as administrator?In Windows 7 and Windows Vista UAE is used to protect you from malicious software. However when you run USA Connect it needs to change your routing tables and in order to to that it needs admin prviledges. Please right click on the openvpn icon in your taskbar and exit. Please then find the openvpn icon on your desktop and right click and select run as administrator
